Questions we get asked a lot.

Do you train AI on my photos?
No. Your library is processed for your album and nothing else. Models we run are either licensed or self-hosted; nothing is sent to a third-party training pipeline.
What size library can you handle?
Up to 30,000 photos in a single order. For larger libraries — and we've seen them go past 100,000 — drop us a line and we'll split the run into parallel batches at a bespoke quote.
Where do my photos live?
UK-hosted, encrypted at rest. You always have the original. You can export the full organised structure at any time as a zip or to your own cloud.
What if the bespoke folders aren't quite right?
You get to rename, merge, and split. The next time you upload more photos, the album learns from what you changed.
How long does the organisation pass take?
Most libraries land in 24–48 hours from upload to organised album. Premium libraries with the dynamic questionnaire take a little longer because we wait on your answers.
Can I bring my own cloud — Google Drive, iCloud, Dropbox?
Yes. We can sync from any of the major providers during onboarding, organise in PhotoNest, and (if you want) push the organised structure back to where it came from.
